Noble Co. Sheriff’s Office makes Most Wanted Arrest

The Noble County Sheriff’s Office said they’ve captured one of Guernsey County’s most wanted suspects.

Sheriff Steve Hannum said they’ve been working closely with authorities in Guernsey County to capture 26-year-old Jaryd L. McClay.

On Wednesday night, deputies uncovered information that McClay could be in the Mount Ephraim area of Seneca Township. Deputies discovored McClay in a residence and took him into custody. They also uncovered a stolen firearm along with other stolen items.

McClay is a person of interest in several felony crimes in Guernsey County.

Sheriff Hannum said a female from Guernsey County was also taken into custody. Both individuals were transported to the Guernsey County Jail.
