Noble County Community Foundation Accepting 2025 Grant Applications

ZANESVILLE, OH – Two organizations are coming together to help better the place they work, live, and play.
The Noble County Community Foundation, in partnership with the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio, is currently accepting grant applications from non-profits, schools and organizations for projects and programs that will benefit Noble County.
Shawn Ray, the Chair of the Noble County Community Foundation, says they will be accepting applications until September 9th and you can apply for anywhere between a $500 and $5,000 grant.
“They’re for anything to benefit the community and so we’ve helped some other charity organizations do assistance with either some charitable funds and or just funds to help them structurally be able to do something.” Ray said. “We brought up earlier, we’ve helped the Historical Society several times, funds for them to help improve the Ball-Caldwell House , the Museum.”
Ray says they’ve also funded some educational programs, all in the hope of benefiting those in Noble County.
“We very much encourage everyone to consider applying for something that would help our community.” Ray said. “And if you need assistance, reach out to a board member or I’ll say Gwynn Stewart, at the OSU Extension Office who is a great facilitator for our Foundation but also other community groups to find money.”
