Not your average seller at the Zanesville Farmers Market

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- One seller comes to the Zanesville Farmers Market nearly every week, but he is not there to sell food.
Seller Jeff Prince deals glass, ceramics, baskets, and more. He is almost a second-hand store on his own, but he’s at the farmers market under his tent rather than a store front. He also has his loyal base of customers.
“I’ve got several customers that come back every week,” said Prince. “If they don’t buy something, they stand and talk and that’s fine with me.”
Prince said, what he enjoys the most is searching for items and goods.
“Finding unique stuff and seeing what sells,” said Prince. “Something unusual will be the first thing that goes off my table. It’s kind of strange, but my kids will say why did you buy that? I tell them it will sell; it will be the first thing to sell. It’s a challenge, and I enjoy it.”
Prince said he does his best to try and keep his prices down so people can afford it.
