ZANESVILLE, Ohio- One local softball organization is using their efforts to generate funds in an entertaining way. Saturday, The Ohio Bulldawgs elite will partner with Bryan Place to host their second annual comedy show fundraiser.

Ohio Bulldawgs Elite director, Josh Bobo says this organization was created in memory of the late Celine Wyatt.

“In 2013 Celine Wyatt passed away and so her parents, Tim and Becky Wyatt and myself decided to put together a softball organization in her honor. She was an excellent softball player. Since then we have grown to be one of the largest organizations in the region for girls fast pitch,” said Director, Josh Bobo.

Saturday at Bryan Place, the comedy show is expected to have several comedians. Bobo says the goal is to bring people out for a good time, all while supporting a great cause.

“We’re having a comedy night here at Bryan Place. Tickets are $15 and they can be purchased at the door. This is our second year doing the comedy night and  it’s a great time. Saturday, we will be here regardless of the weather. Doors open at 6:00, the show begins at 8:00. If you don’t have 4-wheel just jump in your neighbors and get here,” said Bobo.

If you have yet to get your tickets, be sure to do so. This event will help benefit needs to maintain the softball team. Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the event.
