Ohio State Alumni Association to Host Exciting Watch Party at The Barn

ZANESVILLE, OH – The Ohio State University Alumni Association is sponsoring a Watch Party at The Barn this weekend.

The watch party will start at 11 and features not only the Ohio State vs Rutgers game at noon but also auctions and raffles to help fund scholarships. 

Bo Coconis, the Vice President of the Ohio State Alumni Association of Muskingum County, says that all of the proceeds from this event will go back to Muskingum County students who attend Ohio State. 

“One of the main things we do at the Alumni Association is we fund scholarships.” Coconis said. “Just last year we funded just shy of $16,000 in scholarships for incoming freshmen as well as current students at Ohio State.” 

The watch party will have a silent auction, giveaways, Ohio State memorabilia, and a new raffle for a scholarship. 

At half time there will be a drawing for $1,000, $500, and $250. Tickets for that raffle can be purchased at the watch party.
