Ohio Stoneware Pours Love into the Animal Shelter Society
ZANESVILLE, OH – A paw-sitively perfect partnership is making tails wag in Zanesville!
Ohio Stoneware partnered with the Animal Shelter Society and held a donation drive, collecting pet supplies and matching every monetary donation dollar for dollar. The drive resulted in toys, treats, and essentials, all headed to furry friends in need.
“We had a donation drive with our employees at Ohio Stoneware. We had donation boxes at our two manufacturing locations, our retail store, and our warehouses where we collected items for the Animal Shelter and will be giving them to them today.” Tiffany Pattison, Owner of Ohio Stoneware said.
When you adopt a pet from the shelter, you’ll head home with more than just a new best friend. Inside your adoption “go-home” bag, new pet parents will find toys and treats, along with a 20% off coupon to Hartstone Pottery, specifically for their handcrafted pet feeders. It’s a reminder of how important it is to support the shelter’s mission, and the local businesses that back it.
“Monetary donations is what takes the run as a 100% nonprofit. But, for another business to come to us and say, ‘We want to partner with you.’ that means they believe in our mission and that’s one of the most powerful things you can do for a nonprofit is to believe in their mission. And I think we have that here.” April Gibson, Executive Director of the Animal Shelter Society said.
Ohio Stoneware is located at 34 North 3rd Street in Zanesville. For more information on the shop, visit their website.
The Animal Shelter Society will be closed to the public next week due to the Muskingum County Fair, but don’t worry, staff will still be there giving all the animals the love and care they deserve.
