Ohio University Zanesville to Host Recruitment and Information Nights

ZANESVILLE, OH – Ohio University Zanesville will be hosting some recruitment nights for those interested in seeing what programs they have to offer.

The first night is Application Night and that will take place on November 15 from 4 to 6PM at Elson Hall.

Katie Wilson, the Regional Recruitment Manager with Ohio University Zanesville, will be there if you have any questions.

Wilson says that’s why they’re hosting this event because applying to colleges can be confusing.

“I think applying to any college can be overwhelming,” Wilson said. “So we are hosting this night not only for incoming freshmen but also for those who may be transferring or thinking about going to college later in life.”

Wilson also said if you attend the event, the $20 application fee will be waived.

The second recruitment night is Explore Ohio: Destination Zanesville and it will be taking place on November 17.

Wilson said this will be a Majors Fair event for those interested in any of the 19 programs OUZ offers.

Those who attend will also get the chance to walk the campus, talk with faculty and current students, and also see some of the resources OUZ provides to students.
