One Arrested in School Bomb Threat
A 19-year-old Caldwell man is facing charges in connection with a bomb threat at an area school.
Noble County Sherif Robert Pickenpaugh says Monday morning just before 9:30 his office received a call about a bomb threat at Caldwell High School.
Pickenpaugh said school officials were able to determine relatively quickly a few suspects who could have made the threat.
Suspects were interviewed and one of them confessed. The Sheriff says Lamar Shull was arrested and been charged with inducing panic. After an investigation the threat was not deemed credible.
The school was placed on soft lockdown until K-9 units from Muskingum and Belmont County arrived and searched the school.
