One Person Killed in Accident

 One person is dead following a Monday evening accident in Coshocton County.

The sheriff’s office said  that deputies were called to State Route 60 south of Warsaw in reference to a wreck with injuries.

Deputies said that 34-year-old Matthew Holdsworth, from Warsaw, was traveling north on State Route 60 just south of County Road 3 when he went off the right side of the road, back across the roadway, striking a pole and several trees before coming to rest on the top.

Holdsworth was pronounced dead at the scene by the Coshocton County Coroner Robert Gwinn.

Assisting at the scene was the Walhounding Valley Fire Department, Coshocton County EMS and Prince’s Wrecker Service.
