One Transported in Injury Accident
An accident involving a semi truck sent one person to the hospital Friday night.
According to Sargeant Melanie Appleman of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, at approximately 9:35 p.m they received a call of a crash on I-70 west bound, near New Concord.
"When we arrived on the scene we saw a commerical vehical that was headed east bound had traveled through the median and came across the west bound lanes and traveled done overturn. The portion of the tractor slided through the guardrail," said Sargeant Appleman.
The driver was been transported to Genesis Hospital with minor injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
