ZANESVILLE, Ohio – The Muskingum Recreation Center held an Open House for past, current, and future members.

People who attended the Open House on October 25, 2017 and took part in the events were given the opportunity to win an annual membership for the entire family. Membership and Training Manager, Michele Gross explained those who signed up for a membership today got the ‘No Pay November’ offer.

“If a new member decided to join today or a member from the past decided to come back, they can come back and re-join with no joiners fee and no fees until December 1, 2017,” said Gross.

People who attended were able to play free pickle ball, swim in the heated pool, and join in relay races. As well as have activities for children such as face paintings and pumpkin decorating.

“With the recent change in our membership structure, our pricing and the amenities we’re offering as part of our membership now,” Gross said. “We have seen a lot more families come through the doors and start to re-join again, which is awesome.”

The Muskingum Recreation Center still has a membership deal for anyone who missed out on the Open House.

“They can always come in and take a tour any time,” Gross said. “We are continuing to wave the joiners fee until January 2018 under our new structure and our new pricing.”
