Orthopaedic Associates of Zanesville now offers urgent care

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – A local organization recognized there was a need for people to have convenient access to urgent orthopedic care.

According to Sports Medicine Physician, Doctor James Gasparine, Orthopaedic Associates of Zanesville, Inc. is now offering urgent care. All people have to do, is walk in.

“For the community it’d be just be more convenient by allowing patients at anytime from Monday through Friday, just to walk in from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M,” Gasparine said. “The perk of it is just, it’s a cost efficient, convenient way for people to get in. You can avoid the long waits in the emergency room, you can avoid the E.R. cost. It’s a simple office visit.”

Orthopaedic Associates treat anything from sprains to broken bones. Whether they were sports related injuries or someone fell, the needed treatments can be provided quickly.

“So that’s the perk of coming to an orthopedic urgent care is that we have all the splinting, the casting, and we have all the braces they could need,” Gasparine said. “If follow-ups are needed, they could follow-up in our office or another provider if they wish. Some simple visits can come right in get seen and treated with a little therapy and follow-up as needed.”
