OSHP Arrests Columbus Man in Zanesville for OVI

The State Highway Patrol announced Monday a Columbus man has been charged  with  OVI for the 5th time.

Authorities said  it’s also 42-year-old Don Anderson Jr’s second felony OVI offense.

The Patrol reported that Anderson was operating a vehicle on US 22 near Sonora Road on Saturday, Feburary 3, when  troopers stopped Anderson for excessive speed and he was found to be impaired by alcohol.

Charges have been filed with the Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office.
