OU Football Player to Serve 2 Day Jail Sentence
An Ohio University football player is starting a two day sentence at the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail.
19-year-old Travis Carrie of Antioch, California entered a guilty plea to one count of receiving stolen property.
Athens County Prosecutor Dave Warren says Carrie also was sentenced to 100 hours of community service, a 150 dollar fine, and court costs.
Warren says a second OU football player also was indicted on receiving stolen property.
22-year-old Corey Moncrief will be arraigned tomorrow at 10 a.m.
