OU Student Pleads Not Guilty
Athens County Prosecuting Attorney Dave Warren says a 19-year-old Ohio University Student plead not guilty to two charges, involving the death of a fellow OU student.
James Wagers appeared in court today for his arraignment. Wagers faces an involuntary manslaughter charge and an aggravated drug trafficking charge.
The charges stem from an incident back in April where 20-year-old Eric Hansen fell four stories from his dorm room window.
Warren says the judge continued Wagers bond at 40 thousand dollars back in Huron County.
A jury trial is set for November 12th.
