Pat Rush

Patrick Joseph Rush, 75, passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at his residence. He was born March 25, 1950 in Washington Courthouse, Ohio to the late Paul and Mary Taylor Rush. He was a 1968 graduate of Miami Trace High School.

Pat spent most of his career in sales, having been in the Beverage, Car, and the Auto Detailing business where he represented Malco.

He is survived by his wife, Mindy Fausnaugh Rush; brother Mark (Loren) Rush; brother in law Edwin Fausnaugh; and two sisters in law: Carol Eyre and Lynn Fausnaugh.

Pat was a dedicated member of Hubbard Lodge F.&A.M. where he served as Lodge Education Officer and Master several times. Scottish Rite Valley of Cambridge 32 Degree Mason. He was formerly the District Deputy Grand Master for the 18th Ohio Masonic District. Pat enjoyed Golf and spending time with his wife Mindy. He was a member of Post 29 American Legion (Honor Guard) and VFW Post 1058. He served our country and protected our freedom in the United States Army National Guard.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his children: Benjamin Rush and Angela Rush; and a brother Michael Rush.

Calling hours will be held from3-6:30 PM on Monday May 19 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. Masonic Service will be held at 6:30 PM and Military Honors at 7pm. Celebration of Life and Private burial at Zanesville Memorial Park will be held at a later date. The Snouffer Crematory has been entrusted with cremation care.
