Paula Christine Frazier, 74, departed this world on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, kindness, and an indomitable spirit that will be forever celebrated by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

She was born one of three children on February 25, 1951, a daughter to the late, Paul and Louella (Stoneburner) Fulk.

Paula had a thirst for knowledge that led her to embark on some college education, demonstrating an early commitment to personal growth and lifelong learning. Professionally, she became a beacon of light in the realm of education, working diligently for Nelson-McCoy Pottery before embracing the pivotal role of a pre-school teacher at Genesis and various local schools. Her nurturing demeanor and capacity to inspire young minds earned her the affection and respect of countless students and colleagues alike. In addition to her academic pursuits, Paula was a proud and active member of the Phi Theta Kappa sorority, reflecting her commitment to service and community engagement. Her membership with the First Hope United Methodist Church epitomized her devotion; she was not merely a member but a symbol of commitment and service. As a devoted Sunday school teacher, she instilled valuable moral lessons and spiritual guidance in the hearts of many children, shaping their futures with care and compassion. Paula possessed a profound love for literature, particularly Amish books, which provided her with solace and enjoyment. Her passion for reading was rivaled only by her adoration for Elvis Presley, whose music resonated deeply within her soul; she was a fervent collector of his memorabilia, celebrating the king of rock and roll in her own unique way. Moreover, she found great delight in the captivating escapades of the soap opera “General Hospital,” and could often be found supporting her beloved Ohio State Buckeyes, showcasing her spirited nature and loyalty to her interests. Paula Christine Frazier leaves behind a vibrant tapestry of memories that will continue to enrich the lives of everyone who was touched by her presence.

Paula is survived in life by her son, Kelly Fulk; her step-daughter, Tara Roe; her sister, Jeanie Fulk; her nieces and nephews, Vicky Loterbaugh, Carrie Bateson, Jamie Loterbaugh and Tim Lantz and her former husband and dear friend, Steve Frazier.

In addition to her parents, Paula is preceded in death by her brother, Garry Fulk.

To honor her remarkable life, a visitation will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM, all taking place at the First Hope United Methodist Church located at 102 North Buckeye Street, Crooksville, OH 43731. Following funeral services, Paula will be cremated.
