Perry County Grand Jury Indicts Three Suspects

The Perry County Sheriff’s Office announced Tuesday  the indictments of three suspects.

29-year-old Dustin Blagg of Crooksville was indicted on felony charges of breaking and entering, grand theft, theft, and vandalism.Blagg was arrested last December in connection with a break-in at the Southside Carry-out in Crooksville. He is being held in the Southeast Ohio Regional jail. If convicted on all counts, Blagg faces up to 14 years in prison.

27-year-old Michael Calhoun of Zanesville was indicted on felony charges of burglary and theft. The charges stem from a burglary at a home in Somerset on October 25, 2015. If convicted of all counts, Calhoun faces up to 9 years in prison.

27-year-old Justin Hutchinson of Lancaster was indicted on felony charges of inducing panic and making false alarms.Hutchinson is accused of calling in a bomb threat to the Perry County Courthouse on November 12, 2014 to help a friend avoid a hearing scheduled for that same day. If convicted of all counts, Hutchinson faces up to 2 years in prison.
