Pet of the Week Needs Fur-ever Home
The Animal Shelter’s newest fury friend in need of a forever home.
Cindy is a 5-year-old domestic short-haired cat with a beautiful coat, shaded with the rich colors of fall. This energetic feline is playful with people and other pets, but also very affectionate. Executive Director, Jody Murray, said she loves being held is a great snuggle buddy. This sweet little girl would make the perfect addition to your family.
“She’s friendly with people, with other cats, other dogs, her adoption fee is $70, very colorful cat, you can see from the video she has lots of pretty colors,” Murray said.
Cindy’s already been spayed and neutered, litter-box trained and is up-to-date on vaccinations.
Murray wanted to send a reminder that the Animal Shelter’s biggest event of the year is Saturday. The Auction kicks off at 5 p.m. at EagleSticks Golf Club and tickets are still available for just $25.
“Just yesterday we got in some Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Browns tickets,” Murray said. “We’re going to have about 80 live auction items, and a lot of silent auction items.”
Again, The Auction is Saturday evening at EagleSticks Golf Club. Doors open at 5 with dinner starting at 6. Those who come out will enjoy Tom’s Ice Cream Bowl’s signature selections for dessert.
