Power Outage in Zanesville Area

American Electric Power reports just over 2,400 customers are without service Tuesday morning in Muskingum County.

The power company said it is working to correct a mechanical problem in the Zanesville-area. A restoration project is taking place, and service is expected to be restored by noon. Check with WHIZ for regular updates.
