Power Restored On East End of Z-ville

 American Electric Power says power was restored to the east end of Zanesville after a line fuse failed on a power line.  It happened at 1:39 p.m. Wednesday.  Power was restored at 2:53 p.m. WHIZ T-V was also knocked off the air for a short time as a result of the outage.
