Progress at Pinnacle Warehousing

Noble Co- A Noble County company is making a major investment in the community totally $1.3 million.

Pinnacle Warehousing Solutions, LLC along with JobsOhio, Ohio Southeast Economic Development and Noble County announced the plans to expand operations in Noble County.

Trinity Real Estate USA, LLC  and Pinnacle together deliver comprehensive warehousing and distribution services, including regional transportation from the source to their ISO-certified warehousing and repackaging plant for global distribution.

Pinnacle’s expansion plan centers on revitalizing the former Mahle Engine building in Caldwell, which has remained vacant since 2009. This transformative investment is further empowered by a $160,000 JobsOhio Revitalization Grant.

The JobsOhio Revitalization Program offers loans and grants to help bridge the financial gap between the enticing cost of brownfield sites and the cost of site redevelopment.
