Rachelle M. Rupe

Rachelle M. Rupe, 54 of Zanesville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 27, 2026 at her home.

She was born in Zanesville on April 19, 1972, the daughter of Roger Sr. and Victoria (McGrail) Rupe.

Rachelle was a 1990 graduate of Philo High School. She previously attended the Word of Life Full Gospel Church in Zanesville and was a proud member of the American Legion Post #29, Job’s Daughters, as well as being active in the 4-H Club and Zanesville Eagles.

Rachelle is survived by her parents, Roger Sr. and Vickie (McGrail) Rupe; her brother, Roger (Sherri Hinkle) Rupe; her aunts, Veronica Hazen, Valerie (Vince) Miller, Dobie (Tim) Kirkpatrick, Peach (Bobby) Fadorkey, and Kay Rupe; her uncle, Vincent (Mollie) McGrail; as well as several cousins.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Robert and Audra Rupe; maternal grandparents, Robert and Gloria McGrail; uncle, Harold Rupe, as well as her aunt, Violet Neal.

Visitations will be from 4 PM to 7 PM on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls. Visitations will also be held the following day from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM, with a funeral service following visitations at 2:30 PM. Pastor Darren Tolbert will officiate the service. Rachelle will be laid to rest in Stovertown Lutheran Church Cemetery.
