Reward Offered On Most Wanted Man

A reward is being offered for a most wanted man.  The Newark Division of Police says it’s looking for 43-year-old Kevin Hoffer who has an outstanding warrant for theft from the elderly. Hoffer is described as a white male, 5-feet-5-inches tall, 160 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.  Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for anyone with information leading to his arrest.  You can call 1-888-488-9058.  A special coding system protects the identity of the caller but allows the reward to be issued at a later time.
