Ribbon cut as APG Architects opens downtown Zanesville location

ZANESVILLE, Ohio — A well-known architecture firm is setting up shop right in the heart of downtown Zanesville.
APG Architects has officially opened its new location downtown, bringing the firm even closer to the projects they’re designing and overseeing. The Zanesville-Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce was in attendance to cut the ribbon and welcome the business to the neighborhood.
“We just moved downtown, much closer to a lot of our projects, closer to a lot of the excitement that’s going on downtown,” said Cole Ryan, principal partner at APG Architects.
The company hosted an open house Friday from 3 to 8 p.m., inviting the community to stop in, take a look around and celebrate the milestone.
“There’s a lot of growth and exciting things happening downtown so we’re excited to be a part of it. Hopefully people come behind us and kind of take that leap too,” said APG principal partner Jeremy Davis. “Yeah, we welcome more investment in downtown. A lot of exciting stuff is happening, so this is just the start,” Ryan added.
With big plans for the future of Zanesville development, APG says this move is just the beginning of their deeper investment in the area.
