Ribbon Cutting Celebration for New Full-Service Employment Agency Located on Market Street

MUSKINGUM COUNTY, Ohio- A husband and wife duo is providing support for people who need help with obtaining employment.

The Competitive Staffing Solutions, and Competitive Logistics and Courier Services held a ribbon cutting today that celebrated their new location.

The full-service employment agency provides employees for jobs in areas like construction, human resources, warehouse, health care and has now added transportation services.  

“When we saw the opportunity that there was such a struggle in the community that people couldn’t get to and from work, we decided to implement the work transportation so that was put together on a very short notice. We’re still having some growing pains and still growing with that,” Corey Worden, Owner of Competitive Logistics and Courier stated. “Right now we are currently transporting people to and from work, working with different agencies that have relationships with people that are seeking employment, but don’t have the means of transportation.”

Owner and Operator of the Competitive Staffing Solutions, Rachel Worden, said they also provide additional help with resume building, interview tips, temp to hire and direct hires 

“We do deal with people in the community. We actually work with the salvation army right now. We’re going to start going there helping people set resumes up and get them working,” Rachel Worden stated. “We have a large contact list of local agencies that we are looking forward to working with. We want to get everyone working and our community growing and back to where we need to be.”

Rachel Worden said because they are not corporate based they are able to deal with a broader spectrum, while being more efficient for employees and grow the community financially. 

The new location is located at 257 Market Street.
