Richard Adams

Richard Edward Adams, 70, of Dresden, went to be with the Lord, January 14, 2025.
He was born October 13, 1954, in Warren, OH, son of the late, Chauncey Adams and Chirlsey Wood. Richard was a 1973 Graduate of LaBrae High School. He worked for the Morgan Lumber Company, and then went on to be a children’s minister for the Church of God, Leavitsburg, OH. He was part of the Traveling Ministry Aunt Carol & Friend’s. Richard loved to hunt, fish, woodworking, and even spent time camping with his family, whom he loved and was why he would camp 🙂 one of the most inspirational quotes that Richard would say was,
“Everybody is my friend until they prove differently”
He is survived by his daughter, Teresa (Roy Hunter) Adams; grandchildren, Tyler Hunter, Emmaleigh Hunter, Mackenzie Hunter; nephew who he called his son, Carl (Janel) Prinkey; several nieces, nephews, and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Gibbs Adams, whom he married August 10th, 1974; son Brian Charles Adams; siblings, Evangline Hane, Neil Hane, George Hane, Beverley Settle, Clara Glaze, Lyle Hane, Sandy Love, Shirl Adams, and Vickie Danso.
Per his wishes no services will be observed and a private burial will take place in the spring.
