River View boys capture the MVL title

WARSAW, Ohio- In its first year back in the Muskingum Valley League, the River View boys soccer team claims an outright league title.

In a winner take all game with West Muskingum, the Black Bears delivered when it mattered most and took down the Tornadoes 6-1.

Coming into the match, River View had a 7-1-0 league record and West M sat at 7-0-1.

River View has one more regular season left, Coshocton pays a visit to Warsaw on Thursday Oct. 15. West Muskingum won’t return to action until the tournament.
