Road Restriction in Muskingum County
The Ohio Department of Transportation reports that an area of State Route 16 is restricted Wednesday morning.
ODOT said that high water has restricted State Route 16 near Adams Mills to one lane due to flooding.
One lane of traffic is being maintained at this time until the water recedes.
