Roadway Reopens in Guernsey County

The Ohio State Highway Patrol reports that a portion of Interstate in Guernsey County has now reopened. The closure affected the right lane of Interstate 77 southbound in Guernsey County between mile markers 56 and 58 and was caused by high water.
