Robert “Bobby” Vandenbark

Robert “Bobby” Vandenbark, 60, of South Zanesville, passed away at his home on Saturday March 1, 2025. He was born on February 22, 1965 in Zanesville, a son of the late Virgil Ray and Rita Joyce (Marshall) Vandenbark. He graduated from Maysville High School in 1983. He was a United States Marine Corps veteran serving from 1983-1988. He was a member of Muskingum Lodge #368 F&AM, Zanesville American Legion, and had been employed at Casting Solutions for 35 years.

He is survived by his children Neil Cornett, Sarah Brown, Patrick Jennings, Paige Tracey, and Caitlin Vandenbark. Nine grandchildren. One brother Jerry Vandenbark. One sister Cindy Campbell. His beloved dog Izzy, aka Ding-Dong.

Friends may call from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday March 6, 2025 at William Thompson & Son Funeral Home 5765 Gladstone Drive White Cottage with Masonic services at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday March 7, 2025 at the funeral home with Pat Wiseman-Jones officiating.
