Robert Mitchell

Robert Dean Mitchell, 40, of Zanesville, passed away unexpectedly August 10, 2023. He was born July 6, 1983, in Oberlin, the son of Raymon Mitchell Sr. and Sara Goodin.

Robert enjoyed working with his hands, and just doing anything to keep him busy. He also loved to draw and write poems.

Robert is survived by his two children, Riley and Jayden Mitchell of Monroeville; his mother, Sara Goodin of Shelby; his brother, Raymon Mitchell Jr. of Elyria, and his sister, Mandy Adkins of Amherst; five nephews, and one niece.

In addition to his father, Robert was preceded in death by his grandfather’s, George Mitchell, and Curtis Goodin; his grandmother, Elizabeth Mitchell and numerous aunts and uncles.
