Robert Thomas Weidig Jr.

Robert Thomas Weidig Jr., 65 of Zanesville, passed away at Genesis Hospital on April 8, 2021.

He was born on November 14, 1955 in Hollywood, Florida; son of the late Robert Weidig Sr. and Joan Roselene Thomas. Robert was self-employed, attended Tru Light Ministries, and was an avid bell ringer for the Salvation Army for many years. People knew him as the “Walking Man”.

He is survived by his life-long partner, Terresa Harmon; brothers, Rod Weidig, Randy (Terri) Weidig; sister, Roxie Barnes; and 13 nieces/nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Thomas Weidig Sr. and Joan Roselene Thomas.

The Weidig family has chosen to have a Memorial Service at a later date.
