Rollover Crash Sends Kids to Hospital

A car with two children on board flips over as the driver attempts to turn into a driveway.

It happened around 5 p.m. on Ohio Street in Zanesville.  According to the Zanesville Police Department, a truck overturned and landed on its top.

The male driver fled the scene, and two juvenile passengers were transported to the hospital as a precautionary measure.  A female passenger was unharmed.

Police said the incident was likely domestic-related, as the couple has a history of domestic calls.  The driver was caught and arrested by authorities.  The accident remains under investigation.
