Roy Ayers

Roy Eugene Ayers, 69 of Newark, passed away January 29, 2026 at his residence. He was born December 26, 1956 in Lancaster, OH a son of the late Gilbert Gene and Garnet Ayers. He worked many years as a machinist and owned a gun shop. He was a gun enthusiast and loved to hunt.
Roy is survived by two daughters Kelly Ayers and Kristy (Justin) Peyton; grandson Dylan Padgett.
No services will be held at this time and burial will be at a later date.

Cremation services have been entrusted to the Snouffer Crematory.
