Rusty Dingus

Rusty Dingus, 33 of Lore City passed away unexpectedly on July 3rd 2025. A devoted father beloved family member and loyal friend. Rusty’s sudden departure has left A deep void in the hearts of those who Knew and loved him.

Rusty was known for being smart handy and giving. He was the kind of person who would help someone in need and he always had A smile and A kind word for everyone. Whether he was fixing something making someone laugh or lending A hand. Rusty made A lasting impression
wherever he went.

He was A proud and loving father to his two children Madesyn Dingus and Zayne Dingus, who were the light of his life. Rusty greatest joy came from being their dad and his memory will live on in the hearts of his children and all who knew him.

Rusty is survived by his grandparents, James and Kathy Dingus of Cambridge. His parents, James and Ann Dingus of Cambridge; brothers, Daniel and Kayla Sherrard, James Dingus, Clint Dingus (Katlyn); girlfriend Crystal Journigan; and the mother of his children Isabella Tipton.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wilmer and Mary Sherrard; daughter Novalee Jane Dingus.

Friends and family are invited to attend and honor and remember the life of A truly special person. Calling hours will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Thursday, July 10, 2025 at Bonnell Cremations Funerals Receptions, 420 N. 8th St. Cambridge, OH. Services will be held at 1:00 PM with Pastor Tara Mitchell. Burial will follow at Northwood Cemetery.
