Ruthann Browning

Ruthann Hull Browning, 71, of Zanesville, passed away on October 6, 2026, at Aviatia Post-Acute Nursing Home. She was born August 18, 1955, in Zanesville, Ohio, the daughter of Leonard Hull and Rosa Bryan George.
A lifelong resident of the area, Ruthann earned a master’s degree and worked as a counselor, dedicating her professional life to helping others. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church. Her life of service and the memories she shared with those closest to her will remain part of her lasting legacy.
She is survived by her daughter, Blair Ann (fiancée Eaonne Huffman) Browning, her granddaughters, Aeris and Aurora Burgette, and her grandson, Gavin Browning.
Ruthann was preceded in death by her parents; and her two brothers, Ricky Lee Hull and Stephen Douglas Hull.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation will take place. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a local animal shelter in her memory.
