Salvation Army Craft Bazaar
The Salvation Army is having its bi-annual craft bazaar Saturday.
Over 40 vendors have bought tables inside the Salvation Army’s gym. Each vendor bought a spot for $20.
Salvation Army Employee, Dustin Redmond, explained what all of that money will go towards.
“The proceeds from the craft bazaar goes back to the women’s auxiliary to help with the Salvation Army’s operations,” Redmond said.
Vendors will be set up in the gym from 9 a.m. Until 3 p.m. Saturday. The event is free to attend, and Redmond said coming to the bazaar helps to support local businesses. He added it’s going to be a fun time.
“Just for a great time,” Redmond explained. “We have food here. We have different things going on that will help support the Salvation Army, will help support the other vendors that have come in to purchase the table to help local businesses that have come in to purchase a table through the Salvation Army.”
The Salvation Amy also hosts this event in the winter. Redmond said he is hopeful that many people will attend.
