Samuel Hahn

Samuel G. Hahn Sr., 78, of New Lexington, Ohio died at 12:35pm on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at his home.

Born on August 1, 1947 in Dresden, Ohio to the late Samuel Franklin and Lorena Holmes Hahn.

Sam was a loving father and grandfather who enjoyed the time he shared with his son, Tracey. He loved settling in to watch old movies, John Wayne always being a favorite or heading out for a lively game of Bingo. A proud supporter of the Ohio State Buckeyes. Sam also enjoyed the fellowship with his neighbors at the Senior Center.

Survived by 4 sons, Sam (Tammy) Hahn, Tracey Hahn, Randy (Melissa) Hahn and Shawn (Tiffanee) Hahn; Grandchildren, Nicole (James) Hall, Ashley (Scott) Lantz, Luke (Mariah) Hahn, Julia (Brian) Bond, Zach (Ally) Hahn, Noah (Emily) Hahn and Carter Hahn; several great-grandchildren; brother, Fred Hahn; and sister, Juanita Hahn.

In addition to his parents preceded in death by wife, Barbara Jean Shoults Hahn; granddaughter, Audrianna Hahn; brothers, Dennie and Dave Hahn and daughter- in- law, Pam Hahn.

Calling hours will be held 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday, September 4, 2025 and from 10:00am to 11:00am on Friday, September 5, 2025 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Funeral service will be at 11:00am on Friday, September 5, 2025 at the funeral home with Reverend Mary Perani officiating.

Burial will follow in Dresden Cemetery, Dresden, Ohio
