Sandra K. Ward (December 24, 1949 – October 13, 2013)

Sandra K. Ward, 63, of Zanesville, died at 10:42 A.M. Sunday, October 13, 2013, at the Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital Emergency Room. She was born December 24, 1949, in Spencer, West Virginia, a daughter of the late O’Neil and Virginia Carpenter Hersman.

Surviving are three sisters, Jean (Sidney) Smith, Bonnie (Dennis) Dodson, and Teresa (Jim) DeBolt; a brother Neil (Cindy) Hersman; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son Chad Hersman; and a sister Sue Allen.

No calling hours will be observed. A dignified cremation has taken place. Arrangements were entrusted to the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home & Crematory, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville.
