School Bus Accident Investigated
The Highway Patrol is investigating an early Thursday morning Tri-Valley school bus accident.
It happened just after 7:00 on Dresden Road just north of Bottom Road.
Trooper Archer with the Zanesville Post says the bus was stopped with its flashing lights on to pick up a student when a car struck the back of the bus .
The driver of the car, 35-year-old Robert Grandstaff of Dresden , was cited with not having an assured clear distance ahead.
Archer says none of the 28 students on the bus were injured.
