ZANESVILLE, Ohio – The Schultz Mansion at Cedar Ridge officially opened their doors.

Owners, Alicia and Troy Beynon, celebrated by inviting the community to join them for their open house and ribbon cutting. They are preparing to open their 16 bed residential facility at the end of next week. Troy said they wanted to give the community more information about the services they’ll be offering.

“You know, we have some other services and facilities in the area,” explained Troy. “This will be our second residential facility in Muskingum County, so we definitely want to be a resource and an option for the community.”

Troy said having residential services 24/7 is extremely beneficial to clients. Alicia said some of the services they will have are an on site therapist, recovery support specialist, nursing staff and psychiatric services for substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders. She said this facility will mainly house men because their sister facility in Frazeysburg Landing is co-ed.

“It’s something that’s near and dear to both of our hearts,” Alicia said. “We currently reside in Muskingum County ourselves, we’re both locals of Guernsey County, so to be able to bring a service like this back to our area and help the community in which we live on a day to day basis is extremely important to both myself and Troy.”

The Beynon’s would like to thank the community for all of their support and coming out to their open house. For more information, you can visit crbhs.org.
