God gained a big goofy angel at 1:38PM May 26, 2016 when Scott died in a car accident, while he was on the job. Born in Columbus, Ohio to Maureen and Christopher Bunting on January 6, 1994. Scott graduated from Tri Valley High School in 2013. Scott was employed at 3B Mechanical in Columbus where he enjoyed working with his dad, and Hi-Tech Construction where he loved climbing cell phone towers like a spider monkey … and loved every minute of it. He loved spending time with family and friends, camping, fishing, shooting guns, riding horses, showing animals, social media and playing with his nieces and nephews. He was an animal lover and leaves behind his dog “Piglet”. Scott is proceed in death by two brothers, Christopher Michael and Charles Killian Bunting ; maternal grandfather Michael O’Donnell and many great-grandparents. Scotty is survived by his parents Christopher ( Wyndy ) Bunting of the home, Maureen (Jake Ross) Bunting; sisters Amanda (Dustin) Hayes, Sarah Bunting, and Megan (Justin Jewell) Bunting; grandparents Beverly and (Jim) Savage, Ted (Helen) Bunting, Jane O’Donnell and Bill and Patty Hatfield. Numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was a beloved uncle to Carli and Cadence Hayes, Riley and Colton McKelvey, Nathan DeVoll and Jaden, Josie, Joseph and Jamison Jewell. Scott (or “Bott” as his friends called him) had many friends and was loved by all who met him. Special friends to mention include: Chase Nelson, Tyler Bay, Tanner Reynolds, Matthew Sheets, and Scott’s best Friend and brother Brandon Roberts.
Calling hours will be Wednesday June 1 from 2 to 5pm at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE. Funeral service will follow at 5pm with a Dominican Father officiating.
