Searching For A Runaway
The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office needs your helping finding a runaway from the Avondale Youth Center. Detective Steve Welker says he is searching for 15-year-old Milyen Moses. He is a black male, 5’5†tall, 125 pounds with a large afro hair cut. Welker says he ran away from Foxfire High School on Friday November 7th. He has been seen recently in Zanesville and has been avoiding Zanesville Police and Muskingum County Sheriff’s Deputies. He is considered an at-risk runaway and if you see him call 9-1-1.
