Sheriff Lutz: Do You Know Who This Is?

Muskingum County Sherriff Matt Lutz is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man in a picture. Lutz says the individual was involved in an incident at Wal-Mart south on Sunday October 13th in the evening. Lutz says if anyone knows of any information on the man in the picture to please call the Sheriff’s Office at 740 452-3637
