Sheriff Lutz: Identification in Death Investigation

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz has released the identity of a man found dead on an oil well near Otsego. 62-year-old Dean Snelling of Newark was the regular caretaker for oil wells in the area. No foul play is suspected. Snelling was discovered by property owners Thursday evening who called authorities. The investigation into the incident has concluded.
