Sheriff Lutz: Searching For Missing Man

The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing man. 87-year-old Carl Riggs of Zanesville has not been seen since yesterday when he left his home at 2360 Adamsville Road around 11 a.m. to get mower blades for his tractor. Sheriff Matt Lutz says he is driving silver El Camino with a maroon bottom. The Sheriff says it’s possible that Riggs is suffering from early stages of Alzheimer’s or dementia. He is wearing navy pants and a red plaid shirt. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office.
