Sherry Brown

Sherry L. Brown, 65, of Zanesville, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Sunday September 27, 2026, at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.
She was born on November 9, 1960, in Zanesville, Ohio, daughter of the late Max Bauer and Eula “Jackie” (Harper) Bauer. Sherry worked as a Home Health Aid for many years, as well as with Willow Haven Nursing Home in the kitchen. She was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan. Above all, she loved spending her time with her family and loved ones.
Sherry is survived by her 2 children: Jeremy (Makenzie) Williamson and Lynette (Joe Renard) Williamson; siblings, William “Bill” Bauer, Cindy Bugglin, and Katrina Donaldson; grandchildren, Alexis Renard, Adaliss Renard, and one on the way; special friend, Wendy; special dog, Molly; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In addition to her parents, Sherry is preceded in death by her first husband, Jerry “Lee” Williamson; 2nd husband, Ted Brown; brothers, Fred Bauer and Max “Ed” Bauer; sisters, Kathy (Don) Dennis and Kim LeGrange.
Calling hours will be held on Friday October 2, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will be held at 1:00 PM. A dignified cremation has been entrusted to DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home following services.
