Sherry S. Brown (October 27, 1946 – May 1, 2012)

Sherry S. Brown, 65 of Zanesville, died Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at her residence following a lengthy illness. She was born Sunday, October 27, 1946 in Morgan County the daughter of Adrian Mayle and Flora (Norman) Mayle. She married Gordon Brown on Saturday, October 31, 1964.

She was a member of Malta Baptist Church. Sherry was a homemaker and a loving and caring wife and mother.

Sherry is survived by her husband: Gordon: one daughter: Julia Brown of Columbus; two brother-in-laws: James Jeffery (Debbie) Brown of Zanesville and Steve (Trisha) Brown of Zanesville and two sisters-in-law: Linda Mayle of Pennsville and Bonnie Jean Norris of Iowa.

In addition to her parents, Sherry was preceded in death by her brother: Delbert L. Mayle.

Friends may call from 4:00 to 6:00 PM Thursday, May 3 at The Hillis & Hardwick Funeral Home, 935 Forest Avenue where Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM with Rev. Ron Justice officiating.
