Shirley Henthorne

Shirley J. Anderson Henthorne age 74 of Cambridge, OH passed away Wednesday June 5, 2024 at Altercare of Cambridge. She was born January 8, 1950 in Byesville, OH a Daughter of the late William L. and Rose Mae Suggett Anderson.

She loved playing cards, games on the computer and planting flowers. For many years she enjoyed camping with her family. She was employed at Summit Acres Nursing Home in Caldwell, OH for over 15 years. One of her favorite pass times was teasing her brother “Eddie”

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband James L. Henthorne whom she married April 2, 1966 and passed July 25, 2017; a brother William J. Anderson; two sisters Evelyn Diane Dingey and Lois Phillips.

Those left to cherish her memory are her siblings Ed “Eddie” (Donna) Anderson of Arkansas, Darlene Lake of Cambridge, and Linda Albert of Mt. Vernon, OH. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
